My role involves developing the CSR strategy for the Group and engaging teams to incorporate environmental impact concerns into their daily routines.
Laure Jarlaud is the CSR Manager for the Rossignol Group. Her duties include defining the company’s strategy and collaboratively developing solutions to decarbonize the Group’s activities and integrate sustainable practices at all company levels. She contributes to the long-term vision to support the company’s transition towards new models by innovating in all areas (offerings, products, production). Key milestones of the implemented CSR initiatives include the Group’s 2015 accession to the Global Compact and the 2020 launch of the Respect program with quantified commitments to reduce carbon footprint. In 2021, participation in the CEC, the Climate Entreprises Convention, accelerated the CSR approach and initiated the development of new business models aimed at a regenerative economy. Laure is also a board member of OSV (Outdoor Sport Valley). Her ethos: joy, kindness, teamwork, and cooperation!
