Marie-Clémence Vallier
Marie-Clémence, a QSE manager for 6 years at the Montagne des Arcs domain, has been instrumental in developing the company's CSR strategy, from the creation of the Ruche collective in 2019 to achieving B Corp certification in 2023.
Native to the La Plagne resort, she has always been involved in ski resorts. After university in Grenoble, she joined a ski lift construction company in 2013. Since December 2017, Marie-Clémence has been the QSE manager at ADS, operating the Montagne des Arcs Peisey-Vallandry ski area. She plays a key role in the company’s QSE management and is a pillar in its CSR organization and addressing new challenges. She was actively involved in obtaining B Corp certification in September 2023.
